Bank. Early C19. Coursed rubble, stone slate roof. 3 storeys, 4 bays. In
bay 2, 6-panel door below fanlight in round-arched ashlar surround with
imposts, moulded arch and fluted keystone. In bay 4, flat-arched carriage
opening. In bays 1 and 3, on ground floor, tripartite sash windows. To
first and second floors, sash windows with exposed sash boxes and stone
lintels. Stacks at end left and between bays 3 and 4, and added stack to
bay 3. Inside bank, brass nameplate of Swaledale and Wensleydale Bank
Limited. included for group value.
