Estate cottage. Early-mid C19. Dressed stone with ashlar dressings. Fish-
scale tile roof. Tudor style. Single storey, 2 bays. Raised alternating
quoins. 3-light mullioned windows under hoodmoulds; small leaded panes with
diamond-shaped panes at intersections. Gabled roof with ridged coping, kneelers,
obelisk finials and corniced ridge stacks.
