Farmhouse, cottage and outbuildings, formerly under 1 roof. Mid C18.
Well-coursed watershot rubble, stone slate roof. 2 storeys. House:
2 first floor windows. Openings have ashlar surrounds with straight
tooling. Central board door with weather course above. Sash windows
with glazing bars. Crudely-shaped kneelers, ashlar copings, large end
stacks. Rear outshut formerly containing stairs. Interior: good
fireplaces to kitchen left, parlour right. Cottage to right, slightly
lower than house: 2 first floor windows, central projecting pent-roof
porch. Interior: steps in parlour to right. Barn to right of cottage;
roofless at time of survey. 2 byres to left, each have 1 doorway on
ground and first floors.
