SP 01 57 INKBERROW CP CHURCH CLOSE (north side)

GV II


House. C17 with mid-C20 alterations. Timber-frame with rendered infill,
partially rendered over framing, on stone plinth, tile roof. T-plan, main
range of two framed bays aligned north-east/south-west, stem projects to
north-west containing porch; stack placed centrally in main range with two
6-point-star plan shafts of brick, also gable-end stack to south-west gable.
North-west front: two storeys, central gabled porch with 3-light casement
over mid-C20 Tudor arch of timber to entrance; to left of porch three single-
light casements, 2-light casement in gabled dormer to right; ground floor:
4-light casement to left, 3-light to right. Framing: four square panels
high; gable of porch: two struts to collar, V-struts in apex.
