GV II

Domestic outbuilding and wall. Early C18 with mid-C19 alterations. Brick;
plain tiled roof with parapets and kneelers at gable ends. Two storeys with
three-course band at eaves level at gable ends. Three bays; west side has a
ground floor 6-pane Bash window and a single-light casement; two first floor
3-light casements; door with cambered head; east side a large entrance with
double doors and a cambered head. (The central part of this elevation had
collapsed at time of survey, June 1985). External C19 chimney at south
gable end. Interior: roof has intermediate tie-beam trusses with raking
struts. The building is joined to The Manor (qv) by a wall about four
yards long and nine feet high in which there is a doorway with a cambered
head.
