Early C19, and C20. A square block, the eastern half being a recent addition. A
symmetrical front (west) of 2 storeys, 3 windows; hipped tile roof, walling of painted
brickwork to dado height and above this hung with scalloped tiles. Sashes in
reveals. Tall open porch with simple mouldings to the cornice, a plain frieze, plain
cap to the square columns (chamfered to give octagonal section), the doorframe
enclosing a fanlight and 6-panelled door. The north side has 2 old leaded windows and
painted brick walling in Flemish bond, with a plinth; the south side is hung with
scalloped tiles, with 2 sashes, a French door and an old leaded casement. The new
part matches, but has larger windows.
