C16 origin. 2 storey house. The east wing with 2 gables is original and
has close set studding to lower storey with heavy square timber framing and
diagonal bracing to upper storey. Wing to north probably of C18 origin.
Modern extensions to west and south. The building has been extensively
modernised and altered and has much fake timber framing. Brick chimneys
and machine tile roof.
