1814. Two storeys, 3 windows. A symmetrical facade (east) with attached part on the north side (of 2 above one windows). Hipped tile roof. Red brick walling in Flemish bond with blue headers, eaves brick moulding and fascia merges with end pilasters; cambered openings, plinth. Modern sashes of 3-lights. Half-glazed door beneath modern canopy on slender pillars. Above the door is a stone plaque inscribed with an oval, within which is the wording ANNO PACIFICO, the initials GPJ (George Purefoy Jervoise) and the date 1814. The west elevation is symmetrical, of 3 windows above 2 wide angular bays (of recent date); in front is a terrace ending at the north end with a modern square Summerhouse with a tall convex roof.
Note: The house has the same features as the Manor House, Church Lane, Preston
Candover.
