Steps, cross shaft base and stump of shaft. Probably C15 with some late C19
repairs. Ashlar. Square plan, one step, chamfered plinth to square base
which supports an octagonal socket stone with broach stops to corners, in
which is the bottom of an octagonal cross shaft, again with broach stops.
