Outbuildings converted to three cottages, now two cottages. Mid C18, converted and righthand portion added late C18. Coursed millstone grit, part watershot, stone slate roof. Two storeys, Five first-floor windows in all. Quoins to left and far right. Lefthand portion: blocked doorway with chamfered surround and keystone with, to right, a two-light flat-faced mullion window. On left of doorway, a later doorway with plain stone surround and tie-stone jambs with, to left, a two-light flat-faced mullion window. To far left a doorway with tie-stone jambs. First floor: a three-light and two five-light windows all with flat-faced mullions and narrower lights than below. Righthand portion: watershot stone. To right a plain stone surround doorway with tie-stone to right jamb. First floor: two two-light windows, that to left with mullion removed. Shaped kneeler and ashlar coping to right gable. Ridge stacks, that to right corniced. Rear: a variety of flat-faced mullion windows. Some inserted C20 doors and windows. Right return: on left a blocked doorway with tie-stone jambs, now window, below datestone inscribed ' R ' .W M 1785
