Farmhouse with attached barn and cottage now piggery. C17 with C18 cottage. Stone stone slate roof. Two storeys. House: two first-floor windows. Boulder plinth. Double-chamfered mullion windows, on ground floor two of three lights and two of two lights on first floor of three lights. Continuous dripmould to ground floor. Cottage on east end: a six-light flat-faced mullion window. Barn on west end: taller. A round-arched cart entry at rear.
