Earlier 19th Century houses, each of 2 storeys and basement, 3 bays wide, having
symmetrical facade of grey stocks with stucco dressings and basement and hipped
slate roof.
A flight of steps rises to the Doric porch, behind which the narrow centre bay is
recessed.
In the flanking bays the ground floor windows have cornices on consoles (altered
on Nos 5 and 7) and the original sashes have each 8 panes. The original first
floor sashes have 6 panes.
The stacks have oversailing courses. Included for group value.
