4/426 Virginia Cottage

GV II

House, late C17 or early C18, altered, rubble stone with stone
tiled roofs. 2 sections, one and a half and two and a half storeys.
Lower south end has end stack, gabled dormer each side, lean-to on
east front and 3-light unmoulded mullion window to rear. Plank
door and ovolo-moulded single light within lean-to. Taller north
end has end stack and west front gabled dormer, first floor
casement pair and ground floor 2-light ovolo-moulded recessed
mullion window. North end wall shows traces of earlier steep
gable.
