Cottage. C17. Much restored and partly rebuilt. Right part timber framed with
late C20 brick infill, left half brick only. Late C20 tile roof with central
lias stack, patched or added to in brick. Two-unit plan. 2 storeys; 2-window
range. Entrance at rear. C20 casements with leaded lights, 4 to ground floor.
C20 outshut with catslide roof to rear. Interior: Exposed framing, and section
of exposed wattle on 1st floor. Open fireplace with chamfered bressumer.
