Estate cottage, c.1860-1865. Brick laced flint, extended 1 bay to
left as blacksmith's shop, now refaced in brickwork. Tiled roof.
Two-storey, L-plan with door in hipped porch in re-entrant angle.
Forward stair wing of L gabled with timber framing and stepped
stair window. Casement windows with stopped chamfered frames, the
ground floor openings with pointed arches. Right gable stack and
hipped garage attached left. Building said to incorporate earlier
structure.
