Probably early C18, 2 storey plus attic, 5 window front of painted brickwork. Moulded cornice at eaves, rusticated quoins, plain string band at first floor, keyblocks to openings on ground floor all in painted stone. Plinth and flat arch over central entrance in stucco. 6-panel door has modern fanlight in leaded lights. Metal casements and modern (or restored) leaded lights in transomed and mullioned wood frames. Three gabled dormers in roof of old tiles, lattice casements.
All the listed buildings in Mill Street (both sides) form a group.
