House. Mid Cl7. Squared, coursed ironstone with quoins. C20 tile roof with
brick ridge and end stacks. 2 storeys plus attic; 2-window range. 2-unit plan.
C20 door in later range attached to left. Gable end to front has C17 three-light
stone mullioned windows to ground and first floor. 2-light mullioned window
above. Further 3-light stone mullioned window in left facade, with a 2-light
stone mullioned window in gabled dormer above to left. Rear gable end has 2
three-light stone mullioned windows to ground and first floor, with blocked
single light above. All mullioned windows have hood moulds and label stops.
Interior: chamfered spine beams with stepped stops. Large inglenook fireplace
with chamfered brussummer with ogee stops. C17 cupboard with moulded surround.
Further chamfered spine beams with ogee stops upstairs. Said to have original
roof timbers.
