Probably 18th century, altered, 1 storey and attic. Brick, painted. Toothed
eaves band. Pantiles. 2 gabled casement dormers. 2 shop type windows, ground
floor, both with glazing bars, 1 with shallow bow. 2 entrances, 1 not used,
with near-flush-frames.
Newmarket forms a most important central group including the buildings
around and in the "island".
