Coach house to north of The Vicarage
GV II
Coach house with stables. Early/mid C19. Local rubble with
granite dressings and segmental brick arches; dry Delabole
slate hipped roof; brick stack on the right. Rectangular plan
plus rear wing at right-angles on right. 2 storeys; 3-window
range. Original 16-pane hornless sash on right, other windows
blind. Ground floor has central doorway and stable doorway on
the left, both with small-paned overlights; wide carriage
doorway on right, all with ledged doors. INTERIOR: wooden
screen to stalls on left; cast-iron hayracks; part of
1st-floor structure missing; blocked fireplace on right. 1st
floor not inspected. Included for group value.
