Terrace of 5 houses. 2nd quarter of C19. Brick with stone
dressings, slate roof. 3 storeys with basement, 3 bays to
each house. Basement lintel band, 1st floor sill band and
top cornice and blocking course. Windows have wedge lintels
and are mostly sashed with glazing bars; one blind window on
2nd floor to each house except No.22. Round-headed entrances
have Doric doorcases and 4-panel doors. Plain iron railings
to areas and steps; iron balconies to 1st floor windows.
No.16 has complete fanlight and no 1st floor balconies.
No.18 casements to 1st floor windows. No.20 has complete
fanlight, no glazing bars to sashes. No.24 has complete
fanlight.
