Town house, now restaurant/dwelling. Late C16 or early C17,
refaced c1800. Whitewashed brick facing to timber-framing with
brick infill; tile roof with brick end stack. 2-unit plan. 2
storeys. Top modillioned brick cornice; end wall posts. Ground
floor has recessed left half, with late C20 small-paned
casement and small-paned glazed door; segmental-headed
entrance to right of centre has similar door, and window to
right end has late C20 three-light small-paned casement,
replacing sashed window. 1st floor has hipped dormer with
3-light small-paned casement, window to right has 3-light
metal casement. Timber-frame exposed to right return and rear;
large flat-roofed C20 addition to rear; left return rebuilt in
C20 brick.
