Terraced houses. c.1836. Yellow brick set in Flemish bond,
stucco, roofs obscured by parapet. Three storeys over
basement, two windows each. Basement and ground floor
stuccoed, the ground floor decorated with chamfered
rustication. Round-arched entrance with panelled pilasters,
fanlight with decorative glazing, and panelled door of
original design; ground-floor window round-arched; stucco
terminates at sill band; upper windows flat-arched;
first-floor windows of piano nobile proportions with
architrave and cornice, and individual cast-iron balconies of
cast-iron; second-floor windows have architraves; sashes of
original design except to nos 17 (ground floor), 18 (first and
second floors), 19 and 20 (second floors); stuccoed parapet;
stacks to party walls. Cast-iron railings to steps and area
with spearhead finials.
