steep-pitched plaintile roof with stone-coped gable parapet;
brick end stacks. 3 storeys and attic; 4-window range: 2
central canted oriels with 2/2: 11/6: 2/2 sashes; to right,
mid C19 plain sash in broad moulded case; to left, C20
cross-window; C18 and C19 6/6 sashes, with plain sash and
cross-window, over; wood modillion eaves, missing to left,
continuing as cornice to gable with C20 metal casement; C20
restored roof-dormer, with 2-light casement in oak case with
coved head. C18 rainwater goods; tablet with fettered swan. 3
altered, early C20, shopfronts with part-glazed doors; door
with overlight, to No.51A; 2-panel door with cast-iron spikes
over, to No.52.
