School and schoolhouse, now three dwellings. Probably early C18 origins;
remodelled late C18; later alteration and extension. Varigated brick in
Flemish bond with stone plinth and quoins to front; coursed limestone rubble
to rear; pantile roof; brick stacks. Central stairhall house flanked by
single cell cottages; late C19 rear extensions and C20 extension to left
added. 2-storey, 7-window front. Panelled doors with divided overlights to
each house. Centre house has 4-pane sashes throughout, with wedge lintels
to ground floor openings. Flanking houses have C20 replacement windows.
Coped gables and shaped kneelers to centre and left houses. End stacks to
centre and left houses. C20 extension to left not of special interest.
