Farmhouse. Early - mid C19 with late C19 alteration. Red and cream brick
in Flemish bond on sandstone ashlar plinth; timber eaves cornice; pantile
roof with rebuilt brick stacks. Central-entry plan, 2-rooms deep. 2-
storey, 3-bay front, the centre bay a full-height recessed round arch.
Half-glazed and panelled door recessed in door-case with bracketed cornice
hood. Segment-headed 4-pane sash with painted segment lintel above.
Remaining windows are 4-pane sashes with painted wedge lintels. Painted
stone sills to all windows. End stacks rise through hipped roof. Right
return front: 2 full-height recessed round-arched bays containing 4-pane
sashes on ground floor, and 4-pane segment-headed sashes to first floor.
