Farmhouse. Dated 1807 with late C19 addition. Coursed squared stone with
ashlar dressings, graduated stone slate roof, and concrete tile roof to
addition. 2 storeys, 2 bays with C19 two-storey, 3-bay wing to right-hand
side. Central half-glazed door set in plain stone surround, lintel bears
inscription H, above bracketed stone-open pedimented hood. All windows are

4-pane sashes in plain stone surrounds. Shaped kneelers, stone coping, end
stacks. Addition has 3 sashes with glazing bars in quoined surrounds to
ground and first floors.
