House. Early C18 with C20 alterations. Brick in random bond, C20 concrete
Roman tiles. 3-cell lobby-entry plan with staircase in flat turret to rear.
2 storeys, 3 first-floor windows. C20 board door beneath cambered brick
arch with unsympathetic C20 bow windows to left and right. Double band.
First floor: 16-pane sashes beneath flat brick arches, that to central
window rendered. Evidence for blocked window above door. Dentilled eaves
course. Gable coping, left end and ridge stack, with external stack to
right end. Interior contains original closed-string dog-leg staircase with
squat turned balusters and a ramped handrail.
