Late C19. Framed construction, presumably cast iron, though piers are now cased in.
Externally almost completely glazed, except for zone between storeys (which is modern
weather-board), and first floor entablature (which has plain frieze and dentilled
cornice). Ground floor modern. First floor divided into round-arched bays by slender
glazing bars with tiny Composite capitals. Canted corner. Rear wall red brick.
