Coach house. C18. Red brick front, chequered red and black brick side
walls, and steep hipped roof now slated. Wrought iron weathervane at S
end of ridge. A 2-storeys, symmetrical large coach house on E side of
lane facing W onto farm courtyard. On W front central pedimented bay
breaks forward with semi-circular window in tympanum and segmentally
headed coach entry with pair of wooden coach house doors below. To left
hand, or N, a segmentally headed door and window on ground floor, the
door with ventilator slits; upper floor or loft with a loft door to
right hand and a two-light leaded casement to left hand. To right hand
or S of centre portion, a flat-arched vehicular doorway with wooden
doors on ground floor; a flight of steps leading to loft door with a
two-light window to right of it. Roof forms pentice to rear over
open-sided lean-to hay store.
