Large town house, now offices. Circa 1710-20, altered and
extended at rear c.1970. Dark red brick facade with red brick
vertical banding. Gauged red brick segmental window heads and
dressings. Parapet. 3 storeys over cellar. 7 sash windows.
Good gauged brick entablature with pulvinated frieze and
dentilled cornice. All 1st and 2nd floor windows with aprons, the
central ones with scalloped and patterned brick. Keystones to
central and flanking middle windows. Early-mid C19 double doors
and Tuscan wood porch. Interior retains good contemporary
interiors to front ground floor. Formerly 2 rooms, now 3, the N
one incorporating entrance hall. Both have fielded panels and
slender fluted pilasters, N one with box cornice. S one with
coved cornice.
