House. Circa 1650. Roughcast, double Roman tile roof, coped verges, end brick stacks. Rectangular on plan, symmetrical
facade. 2-storeys, 3-bays, ovolo moulded stone mullioned windows, mullions removed, being replaced by C19 casements in
the original surrounds, except left window to ground floor, ground floor windows have labels over. Central door
opening, C19 six panelled door, open gabled porch on brick pilasters. Single storey outshut to left side. (Marked on OS
map as Peartree House).
