Circa 1830-40. Pleasant 2 storey villa with basement. 2 windows wide, sash,
with glazing bars. Amber brick with stucco dressings. Slate roof with small
eaves soffit. Sash windows with centre glazing bars. Entrance door with
2 vertical panels and stucco case with pilasters and consoles below cornice.
Small front garden with low brick wall.
