Cottage, probably with C18 core, altered late C19 or early C20. Coursed
rubble with slate roof laid to diminishing courses. 1½ storeys, 2 unit
plan, with central doorway and 2-light casement windows with some rough
quoins, and chamfered timber lintels. 2 hipped dormers above. Coped
gables and moulded stone gable end stacks.
