House. Late C18 and early C19. Red brick and painted stone dressings;
red tiled roof with verge parapet and painted stone moulded eaves cornice.
Two storey front on brick plinth, 1 + 3 windows, central entrance, large
semi-circular bay to left of ground floor with glazing bar sashes and
tripartite, arch headed, labelled windows elsewhere with slim cast iron
glazing pillars and transomes between arches. Five panelled door, overlight
and pilastered surround with moulded brackets to flat widely projecting
hood. The 2 windows with 3 arched lights are similar to others found in
Brewood C.P. about 8 miles South East (q.v. in list for Brewood C.P.).
