Roman Catholic Church of Our Lady of Lourdes

1908-15. Architect F Walters. Norman style. Stone with corbelled eaves and graduated slate roofs. Bands and horizontal bands, windows thus appear set in recessed panels. Three eastern apses; centre with blind arcaded band below windows. Large south-eastern tower with short spire above. All windows round arched. Prominent landmark in this part of Ashby.
