Pair of early C19 stucco houses. 3-storeys and rusticated basement; 2:3:2
double-hung sashes in architraves. Projecting sides with 2-storey bows
and 1st and 2nd floor giant Corinthian pilasters. 1st floor outer windows
have surround of pilasters, entablature and pediment. Centre has ground
floor colonnade of paired Ionic columns; balustraded balcony above with
wood trelliswork and metal canopy. The bows are mainly later additions.
Includes garden wall and railings. NMR.

Cedar House, Swan House, Island House, Norfolk House, Garden wall, railings
to Island House and Norfolk House and St John's House for a group.
