Public House. C17 with additions of C19 and later. Main building large coursed
stone, the left part, originally of 1 storey, raised in red brick; rendered
right extension. Pantiled roof, brick stacks. Two storeys, four and three
bays, irregular. Plinth to main house. C20 glazed door in main part; boarded
door in right extension. Varied fenestration includes Yorkshire sashes,
double-hung sashes (in right part) and C19 casements. End chimneys, the right
rebuilt. C20 south extension is not of interest.
