in plan. Built of brick rendered white with flat roof. 2 storeys. North of entrance front

with circular staircase with iron handrail to glazed side and solid banister to rest. A
tinted cylindrical water tower rises as a roof feature to left of this. To the left of the
staircase tower is a 2 light casement to 1st floor, inserted since the house was built, and
original 7 light low casement on the ground floor. Doorcase has flat and wide weatherboard
over. To the right of the staircase tower is a low 3 light casement on 1st floor. Principal
