Farmhouse, wall-and gate piers. Dated 1837. Red brick; overhanging
hipped slate roof; brick ridge stacks to front and rear. 2 storeys
with sill bands and bracketed eaves course; 3 bays, glazing bar sashes,
ground floor windows recessed under semi-circular heads, first floor windows
have plaster architraves, the central one with scrolled head. Central
gabled break and central half glazed door with semi-circular head and
Tuscan surround, shaped plaster date plaque to gable. Slightly lower
set-back service bay to right with external gable end stack and small
full height extension to inner corner. 3 yard length of wall and gate
pier attached to right.
