House. Datestone 1674, remodelled mid C19 for Pipewell Hall estate. Squared
coursed limestone with slate roof. T-shape plan. 2 storeys. 2-window range of
leaded casements under wood lintels. Central C20 door also under wood lintel.
Brick and stone stacks with diagonal flues at end. Datestone in left gable.
Interior not inspected. Part of group of houses upgraded for Pipewell Hall
estate in early C19. Included for group value.
