Farmhouse. Mid C18. Coursed squared limestone, old plain-tile roofs, stone end
stacks with chamfered bases to flues and moulded caps. 2-unit central-staircase
plan. 2 storeys and attic; 3-window range. Central part-glazed door in pegged
wood surround with wood lintel and tiled hood on brackets, approached by 3 brick
steps with stone risers. Tripartite sash windows to left and right to ground and
first floors, all with wood lintels. Small one-light window above door with wood
lintel. 2 two-light flat-faced stone mullion cellar windows to left of steps,
that by steps blocked, chamfered ironstone plinth, ironstone jambs to ground
floor windows. Ironstone quoins and stone-coped gables with kneelers. Lower
2-storey, one-window extension to left with back door. Interior noted as having
chamfered spine beams.
