House. Early C19. Hammer dressed sandstone rubble, Roman tile roof.
Single-cell direct-entry, left end terrace. 2 storeys, one first floor
window. Massive quoins, some with herringbone tooling. Board door with 2-
light Yorkshire sash to left. First floor: 2-light Yorkshire sash. Stone
lintels. Gable coping, shaped kneelers, rebuilt end and ridge stacks.
Interior contains cast iron range by Carter of Kirbymoorside. Included for
group considerations.
