Farmhouse. C17, restored and altered in mid-C19. Coursed and dressed
rubble; machine tile roof; verge parapets on shaped kneelers; end
stacks. 'L'-shaped plan with lower range at rear. 2 storeys and attic;
raised string at first floor level, 3-window front, restored, labelled
chamfer mullion casement windows; outer windows of 4 lights, central
window of 2; late C19 single-storey lean-to bay window of 4 lights
to left, single light to left of central entrance; 2-light gabled
dormers with pronounced kneelers. 6-panelled door, glazed to top panels
in small late C19 gabled porch. There is a 3-transomed full-height
stair window to the rear. Interior: C17 timbers and fireplace in wing
attached to rear, plain chamfered spine beam with run-out stops.
