House. c1840. Rubble with limestone dressings, rendered
lateral stacks and a slate hipped roof. Double-depth plan.
Italianate style. 2 storeys; 3-window range. A symmetrical
front has a pitched C20 porch with a semicircular-arched
doorway with impost and key and a panelled door; similar
ground-floor windows extend to the ground, and to the first
floor without ashlar jambs, with late C20 glazing; deep
overhanging eaves on moulded brackets with small pendents.
