GV II

House, now shop. Early C19 and c1900. Ham Hill stone ashlar,
slate roof with stepped stone coping and brick stacks to gable
ends, truncated to the left. 2 storeys; symmetrical 2-window
range. First-floor windows have keystones above C20
plate-glass with top vents, flanking a round-arch blind
window, now painted white. Ground-floor shop has central door,
well set-back, flanked by C20 plate glass windows and beneath
a late C19 moulded fascia between stone brackets. INTERIOR not
inspected.
