Dated 1817, small, 3 bay sandstone "brick" house. Stone slate roof with saddlestones.
Paired eaves brackets. Sill band. Two light square mullion windows with single light
over doorway. Date plaque frieze with cornice. The roof ridge has flanking corniced
chimneys.
