House. Late C18/early C19, possibly earlier core, with some
later modernisation. Mixed construction; stone rubble side
walls and plastered front over stone rubble at ground-floor
level and timber-framing above; chimneyshafts not visible;
slate roof.
PLAN: 2 rooms wide, possibly double-depth.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys; 2-window range. Plastered front is
lightly blocked out as ashlar. Symmetrical 2-window front of
horned 12-pane sashes. Central front doorway contains recessed
replacement 6-panel door under a plain overlight. Timber drip
course at first-floor level. Plain eaves to parallel roof.
INTERIOR: Not inspected but likely to be of interest.
