31/01/67 House adjoining Lime Tree House to
the south
GV II
House. Early C19 with C20 extensions. Regularly coursed
squared gritstone, with ashlar dressings, quoined east end,
ashlar gable stack, and a stone slated roof. South elevation
of 2 storeys and 2 bays, the second bay a C20 addition set
back from the other bay. Doorway to earlier bay has massive
stone surround and C20 6-panelled door. To the east stacked
16-pane glazing bar sash windows with stone frames. C20 bay a
single storey, with Welsh slate roof and timber glazed screen.
