Former lodge to Pearson Park, 1860-61, architect R.G. Smith.
Now a house. Building empty and boarded up (Sept 2016). Yellow brick
with ashlar and blue brick dressings and patterned slate roof
with a coped brick ridge stack. Gothic Revival style. Plinth,
first-floor band, dentillated brick eaves. Casement windows. Two
storeys; single window range. L-plan. Facing gable to left,
with traceried bargeboard and a canted stone bay window. Above
it, a window with a polychrome brick relieving arch. To right,
in the angle of the cross wing, a 4-panel door.
