Former house, now retirement home. Early C19. Rendered with
hipped slate roof. 2 storeys 3 windows set endwise to road.
Front elevation has casements with marginal glazing to 1st
floor, French windows with blind boxes to ground floor and
central doorcase with wooden cornice, pilasters and panelled
reveals. 3 bays to Lavenders Road elevation, including French
window to ground floor. 1 storey extension to left.
